Regarding Virtual Server single ip Address

Regarding my earlier post on this subject, I received a response
from AV;

From AV Support,

"AltaVista indexers catalogue URLs according to IP numbers".

Therefore, a virtual server with 1 ip is limited to the number
of submissions of domains per day.

I have been banned from AV for spamming. Although I submitted
different domain names, they considered them all one ip!
No spam in any of them!

Any suggestions besides a new server?
