Infoseek 24 hour listing?

Tonight I noticed that Infoseek now says it is listing sites "the
next business day." Their add URL page has been down for awhile but
a new one has just come online. Would sure be nice to see
indexing that fast. They also say that sites from certain large ISPs
(Geocities was one named) will have to be submitted by email.
